"The hotel was in the middle of major renovations. The room I was
given was in the middle of a construction zone. The noise started
around 7:30 and went on to around 9:30. Just when people are asleep
or getting ready. There was drilling, hammering, people walking down
the hall whistling, paint and cemical smells.
I paid $180.00 for the night. I complained to the manager and was
given a 'We are sorry' and his card. He asked me to give him a call next time I was in the area and he would make it right. Well I will
not be staying there again and would not recommend the hotel to
anyone.
For two reasons, one that section of the hotel should not have had
guests. And two after complaning I should have either been given a
discount or a free room. I was told that the work was not suppose to start until 9:00 and the manager didn't know. Well there wasn't 2-3
workers in the rooms and halls there where 15-20.

This AAA Three-Diamond Courtyard is located approximately five miles from Dulles International Airport and eight miles from Dulles Town Center.
